For Toner, apply in the morning and/or evening to face, neck, and decollete as needed. Saturate cotton pad, swabbing at the center of your face, gently sweeping outward, covering neck and decollete, avoiding the lips and eye area. For Mask, apply in the evening to face, neck and décolleté after cleansing and MUTHA REBIRTH™ Amniotic Toner. Rinse off after 15 minutes or leave on as a sleeping mask overnight. Use every evening or as a treatment 2-3 times per week.
