Order and Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation after your order has been successfully placed. Shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process; orders placed weekdays before 2:00 p.m. ET are likely to ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. Note: during summer hot weather months, orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET on Thursdays will not be shipped until Monday. Once in transit, shipping will take 2-5 business days.
Where We Ship & Shipping Costs
MUTHA currently ships to the United States & CA only, including Alaska and Hawaii. Complimentary Expedited Shipping is available to the continental U.S. only. Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
Canada:
The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes MUTHA to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that MUTHA may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
Shipping Costs
United States:
Shipping (2-5 business days) is complimentary for orders above $35. As previously stated, MUTHA requires up to 48 hours to process your order before it is shipped. Overnight shipping is available during checkout at an additional fee.
Canada:
At this time, ground shipping (up to 7 business days) is the only available option. As stated above, MUTHA requires up to 48 hours to process your order before it is shipped.
Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a credit. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that we only accept returns for products purchased directly from MUTHA.com.
For orders involving more than one unit of the same product SKU, MUTHA reserves the right to decline returns/refunds unless the return is due to our error or the units received are defective. If this is your first time purchasing any of our products, we encourage you to order only one unit of each kind.
We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns in all instances.
Return Instructions:
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Please call our Customer Service line during normal hours of operation Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST at (833) MUTHA-ME. Customer Service will provide you with an authorization number (RMA #). Please write this number on the receipt or proof of purchase; without this we cannot accept your return.
- Pack your items in the original product packaging, and send to:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned items are received and meet the standards listed in our refund policy, a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days. Please call us at 1-833-MUTHA-ME with any questions pertaining to your refund.
