Body Brush: Work dry brushing into your pre-shower routine 2-3 times a week. Use on dry skin starting on the left side of the body first and always brushing towards the heart.

Body Oil: Apply 2-3 pumps daily all over your body on dry or wet skin, after drey brushing. For added hydration follow with our Body Butter.
