Shame on mom-shamers. Experienced their wrath?Share your story.
I'm not a mom yet - I still have about 8 weeks to go. The hardest thing I've experienced so far is when I went through my miscarriages and other mothers who had never had one asking me what I did to make them happen.
If any line of work needs inspo, it's motherhood. What type of mothers inspire you.
I love seeing women trust in themselves and their instincts about doing what is best for them and their families. Everyone is different and these mass societal "rules" don't work for everyone - having the strength to advocate for yourself in those situations where you're going against the norm are super inspiring.
Sometimes we're all BAD MUTHAs (as we should be). When did you go against traditional advice?
I've continued to do what feels good for my body in terms of fitness and nutrition which isn't necessarily in line with what "they" tell you to do.

Better worlds start with better moms. How can the motherhood community improve?
It's all about support and being there for one another without judgement - the communities that I have connected with have been incredible so far.
How do you like to MUTHA yourself and ensure you still have some 'me' time?
Honestly I just like to lay by myself and read a book! I try to take that time at least an hour every day.
