Shipping orders can take up to 48 hours to process; orders placed weekdays before 2:00 p.m. ET are likely to ship the same day. Standard or Overnight shipping orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET or on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day. No deliveries over the weekend or to PO Boxes are available. Note: during summer hot weather months, orders placed after 2:00 p.m. ET on Thursdays will not be shipped until Monday.

Once in transit, shipping will take 2-5 business days.

We want you to love your MUTHA purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return within 30 days for credit. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We only accept returns from products purchased on MUTHA.com.For orders involving more than one unit of the same product SKU, MUTHA reserves the right to decline returns unless the return is due to our error or the units received are defective. If this is your first time purchasing any of our products, we encourage you to order only one unit of each product or to sign up for subscription.We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns in all instances.Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from MUTHA to you when your order is delivered to you. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that are shown to be appropriately delivered by carrier.

Return Instructions:

1. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Please call our Customer Service line during normal hours of operation Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST at (833) MUTHA-ME. Customer Service will provide you with an authorization number (RMA #). Please write this number on the receipt or proof of purchase; without this we cannot accept your return.
3. Pack your items in the original product packaging, and send to: MUTHA

Please donotsend your purchase back to the manufacturer address listed on the packaging.You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item/s. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
